Terms of Use
To-did is a voice capture app for your own to-do list. These are the plain terms under which you can use it.
The service
To-did records what you say, has an AI model interpret it, and files the result as tasks in your own iCloud account. It is a personal productivity tool — not a medical, legal, financial, or emergency service, and not something to rely on where a missed reminder would be dangerous.
Your content
Your captures and tasks are yours. We claim no ownership of them, and we do not use them to train models. You are responsible for what you record — don't capture material you have no right to, and don't record other people without their consent where the law requires it.
Free use and To-did Pro
The free tier includes a monthly allowance of captures; the list, sync, reminders and the widget are free and stay free. To-did Pro removes the capture limit for $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store account settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.
Fair use: the capture allowance is per person. Automated or bulk use of the capture service is not permitted.
Accuracy
Speech recognition and AI interpretation get things wrong sometimes — a date misread, a task worded oddly. Check anything that matters. To-did is provided "as is", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our liability is limited to what you have paid for it.
Availability
The AI capture service depends on third parties (Apple iCloud and Google Gemini) and may be interrupted or discontinued. Your existing tasks remain readable in the app and in your iCloud account regardless.
